Simi BioCell: analysis of cell development

Simi BioCell enables the user to trace and analyze the development of an embryo. It is possible to observe single cells or to carry out a study of the cellular development of an entire complex organism. Software-based data acquisition speeds up the working process enormously and enables the production of substantiated database documentation.

The acquisition of cell development is based on microscopic video recordings. With the appropriate recordings, information about the depth of cells can be processed by the software and 3D views can be generated.
